摘要
目的了解2018年潍坊市各县(市、区)居民生活饮用水中碘含量,为防治碘缺乏病及科学补碘提供依据。方法按《潍坊市生活饮用水水碘含量调查方案》要求,对潍坊市各县(市、区)以乡(镇、街道)单位,按东、西、南、北、中5个地理方位各随机抽取1个行政村,采集1份末梢水水样,采用砷铈催化分光光度法测定水碘含量。结果 2018年潍坊市共检测水样595份,水碘检测范围为0.1~245μg/L,水碘中位数为8.0μg/L。水中碘化物浓度分布与水源地理位置相关,低碘浓度水样(<10μg/L)为340份(57.14%),除昌邑、寒亭、奎文和滨海区外,其他县(市、区)均存在;高碘浓度水样(>100μg/L)为20份(3.36%),全部分布在寿光境内。结论潍坊市居民生活饮用水主要为低水碘浓度分布,其中寿光境内个别区域存在高水碘浓度分布。
Objective To understand the iodine content in the drinking water of Weifang counties(cities and districts)residents in 2018,and to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders and scientific iodine supplement.Methods According to'Investigation scheme of iodine content in drinking water in Weifang'requirements,one administrative village was randomly selected according to 5 geographical directions in East,West,South,North and Middle townships(towns and streets)in Weifang,and the water iodine content was determined by As3+-Ce4+catalytic spectrophotometry.Results In 2018,595 water samples were investigated in Weifang,the detection range of iodide in water was 0.1~245μg/L.The median of water iodine was 8.0μg/L.The iodine distribution was related to the geographical location of the water source.There were 340 water samples(<10μg/L)with low iodine concentration,accounting for 57.14%,in addition to Changyi,Hanting,Kuiwen and the Coastal Region,other counties existed.20 water samples with high iodine concentration(>100μg/L)accounted for 3.36%,which were distributed in Shouguang..Conclusion There were mainly low water iodine concentration distribution in drinking water in Weifang city,but some areas in Shouguang had high iodine concentration distribution.
