摘要
目的研究鼻内镜下鼻窦开放手术的有效性,以期为临床应用提供理论指导。方法对照组采取常规鼻窦手术,实验组采用鼻内窥镜下开放治疗手术,对比分析两组的有效率和并发症发生率。结果实验组有效率95%,对照组为75%,二者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为0,对照组并发症发生率为10%,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下鼻窦开放手术在对慢性鼻窦炎的治疗中安全有效。
Objective to study the effectiveness of endoscopic sinus surgery for nasal sinus surgery,so as to provide theoretical guidance for clinical application. The control group received routine sinus surgery,and the experimental group was treated with open surgery under nasal endoscope. The effective rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results the effective rate of the experimental group was 95%,and the effective rate of the control group was 75%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication incidence of the experimental group was 0,the complication rate of control group was 10%,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion endoscopic sinus surgery is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.
