摘要
目的研究该院中药房管理中的问题,并做对策分析。方法随机选取2015年2月—2017年1月该院中药房工作人员10名,对其2015年2月—2016年2月的药房管理记录进行调查,总结管理问题,于2016年2月—2017年1月进行管理干预,对比管理前后中药房管理效果,分析管理问题,总结管理对策。结果观察组管理不良事件发生率14.56%,对照组33.98%,差异明显(P<0.05);管理前未见明显差异,管理后考核评分差异明显,管理后管理效果评分差异明显(P<0.05);两组满意度差异明显(P<0.05);管理后患者。结论中药房管理工作复杂,且无明确的、可以借鉴的成熟管理方法,该院中药房管理问题中,处方不规范、管理制度不完善、管理人员管理水平不足较为突出,对中药房进行管理干预,管理效果明显提高,值得临床应用。
Objective To study the problems in the pharmacy management in the hospital and to do the countermeasure analysis. Methods From February 2015 to January 2017,10 randomly selected staff from our pharmacy in the hospital were selected to conduct a survey on their pharmacy management records from February 2015 to February 2016 to summarize the management issues. From February 2016 to February 2017 In January of the management intervention,compared before and after the management of the effectiveness of Chinese pharmacy management,analysis of management issues,summed up the management of countermeasures. Results The incidence of adverse events was 14.56% in the observation group and 33.98% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference before the management,the difference of post-management assessment score was significant,and the post-management management effect score was significantly different(P<0.05);There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);after the management of patients. Conclusion Chinese pharmacy management is complicated,and there is no clear and mature management method that can be used for reference. Among the pharmacy management problems in our hospital,the prescriptions are not standardized,the management system is not perfect,the management level of managers is not prominent,The management effect is obviously improved,which is worthy of clinical application.
