摘要
目的探讨不同浓度氟康唑清除hk-2细胞培养中霉菌污染的效果。方法采用10%及20%浓度氟康唑清除hk-2细胞的霉菌污染,对比不同浓度清除效果。结果经1次/d的冲洗、换液、不同浓度氟康唑处理后,污染得到明显的控制。加药过程中可正常传代,持续10 d后,镜下已无真菌生长,细胞生长良好,可用于试验,与正常未受污染的细胞无明显差异。结论 10%浓度氟康唑既能灭菌又不对细胞造成影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of fluconazole at different concentrations on the removal of mold contamination in hk-2 cell culture. Methods 10% fluconazole and 20% fluconazole were used to remove mold contamination of hk-2 cells. The effects of different concentrations of fluconazole were compared. Results After the treatment of fluconazole with different concentration,the pollution was obviously controlled by washing and changing the liquid once a day. After 10 days,there was no fungus growth and cell growth under the microscope,which could be used in the experiment,and there was no obvious difference between normal and uncontaminated cells. Conclusion Fluconazole at 10% concentration can not only be sterilized but also has no effect on cells.
