摘要
目的观察护理标识在手术室护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月本院收治的58例手术治疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。对照组采取普通护理措施,观察组采取护理标识风险管理,观察对比两组护理人员的差错率和患者的满意度。结果观察组差错发生率为13.79%,显著低于对照组(51.72%,P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意程度为96.55%,显著高于对照组的(68.97%,P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理风险管理中采取护理标识措施,可有效降低护理差错率,提升护理满意度。
Objective To observe the application effect of nursing identification in nursing risk management in operating room. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,58 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,29 patients in each group. The control group adopted general nursing measures,the observation group adopted nursing label risk management,observed and compared the error rate of nursing staff and patient satisfaction. Results The incidence of errors in the observation group was 13.79%,significantly lower than that in the control group(51.72%,P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.97%,P<0.05). Conclusion In the operating room nursing risk management in nursing identification measures could effectively reduce the nursing error rate and improve nursing satisfaction.
