摘要 目的观察多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的效果分析。方法选取本院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用氨茶碱进行治疗,研究组采用多索茶碱进行治疗,比较两组的临床效果与动脉血气情况。结果研究组的有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组(76.67%,χ~2=4.27,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的动脉二氧化碳分压、动脉氧化碳分压均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果确切,可提高临床治疗效果,改善动脉血气情况。 Objective To observe the effect of doxofylline in treating of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Sixty cases patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to the health centers.The patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of admission,each group with 30 cases.The control group was treated with aminophylline,and the study group was treated with doxofylline.The clinical effect and arterial blood gas of the two groups were analyzed.ResultsThe effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than the control group(76.67%,χ~2=4.27,P<0.05).After treatment,the arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure and the arterial oxidation of the two groups improved,and the improvement of the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of doxofylline in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is accurate,which can improve the clinical effect and improve the arterial blood gas.
