摘要
目的观察微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的80例骨科创伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规化的治疗措施,观察组实施微创技术进行治疗,治疗结束后对两组患者的伤口愈合时间、恢复效果和换药次数等进行比较分析。结果观察组的整体治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组伤口的愈合时间和换药次数均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创技术治疗骨科创伤的临床效果明确,与传统治疗方式相比较其愈合性更高,治疗效果也更好,能够明显的减少患者痛苦。
Objective To analyze and study the application effect of minimally invasive technique in the clinical treatment of trauma department of orthopedics. Methods A total of 80 patients with trauma in Department of Orthopedics were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive technique. After the treatment,the wound healing time,the recovery effect and the number of changing times were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results The overall therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,wound healing time and dressing change times were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive technique has a good effect in the clinical treatment of trauma department of orthopedics.Compared with the traditional treatment method,it has higher healing and better treatment effect and can obviously reduce the pain of the patients.
