摘要
循环肿瘤细胞(Circulating tumor cells,CTCs)的形成是由多方面的因素导致的,循环肿瘤细胞主要是从肿瘤的发源地向四周扩散的,并且进入循环系统。由于循环肿瘤细胞的异质性表现突出,而且CTCs与癌症的发展和癌细胞的转移和扩散密切相关,但是由于目前国内的技术有限,对CTCs的监测尚不完善。本文对肺腺癌循环肿瘤细胞的单细胞EGFR基因突变的检测方法进行研究。
The formation of circulating tumor cells(CTCs)is caused by many factors. CTCs mainly spread from the origin of the tumor to the surrounding area and enter the circulatory system. Because the heterogeneity of circulating tumor cells is prominent,and CTCs are closely related to the development of cancer and the metastasis and spread of cancer cells,due to the limited technology in the country,the monitoring of CTCs is not perfect. This article will study the single cell EGFR gene mutation detection method of lung adenocarcinoma circulating tumor cells.
