摘要
目的观察奥氮平联合奥拉西坦治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的100例阿尔茨海默病患者作为研究对象,给予奥氮平联合奥拉西坦方案治疗,观察临床疗效。结果 100例老年痴呆患者治疗后精神状态评分(MMSE)及生活质量评分与治疗前对比显著改善,治疗后痊愈19例,显效75例,无效6例,治疗总有效率为94.0%。结论奥氮平联合奥拉西坦治疗阿尔茨海默病能够有效控制患者精神行为症状,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of olanzapine combined with acetam in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with Alzheimer’s disease were treated with olanzapine combined with acetam,and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The scores of mental state(MMSE)and quality of life in 100 senile dementia patients were significantly improved compared with those before treatment. After treatment,19 cases were cured,75 cases were markedly effective and 6 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 94.0%. Conclusion Olanzapine combined with acetam can effectively control the mental behavior symptoms and improve the quality of life in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
