摘要
目的研究麻黄连翘赤小豆汤联合参芪地黄汤治疗IgA肾病临床效果。方法选取本院门诊收诊的52例IgA肾患者者,随机分为两组,各26例。对照组给予麻黄连翘赤小豆汤,观察组在对照组的基础上联合参芪地黄汤,对比分析两组治疗后的疗效、24 h蛋白尿定量、TG、SCr及中医证候评分。结果观察组疗效96.15%,显著高于对照组(76.92%,P <0.05);观察组24 h蛋白尿定量、TG、SCr、中医证候等指标评分均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论麻黄连翘赤小豆汤联合参芪地黄汤治疗IgA肾病汤疗效优于麻黄连翘赤小豆汤单一方剂。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction and Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on IgA nephropathy. Methods Fifty-two patients with IgA nephropathy were divided into two groups,26 cases each. The control group was given Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction,and the observation group was combined with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group. The curative effects of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed,including 24 h proteinuria quantification,TG,SCr and TCM syndrome scores. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 96.15%,significantly higher than the control group(76.92%,P<0.05);and the scores of 24 h proteinuria,TG,SCr,TCM syndromes and other indicators inthe observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction combined with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on IgA nephropathy is better than that of the single prescription of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction.
