摘要
目的观察甲硫咪唑结合左甲状腺素治疗方案实行于小儿甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月至2017年8月本医院收治的60例甲状腺功能亢进症患儿,参考硬币法开展分组实验,每组30例。对照组单纯使用甲硫咪唑治疗,实验组采用甲硫咪唑结合左甲状腺素治疗,对比两组相关指标。结果实验组治疗6个月之后的游离三碘甲腺原氨酸检测值、游离甲状腺素检测值、促甲状腺激素检测值、甲状腺体积测量值与对照组比较差异显著,实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论甲硫咪唑结合左甲状腺素治疗小儿甲状腺功能亢进症临床效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of methimazole combined with levothyroxine in children with hyperthyroidism.Methods From February 2015 to August 2017,60 children with hyperthyroidism in our hospital were divided into groups with 30 cases in each group according to the coin method.The control group was treated with metidazole alone,and the experimental group was treated with methimazole combined with levothyroxine to compare the related indexes between the two groups.Results The values of free triiodothyronine,free thyroxine,thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroid volume in the experimental group after 6 months of treatment were significantly different from those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Methimazole combined with levothyroxine is effective in the treatment of children with hyperthyroidism.
