摘要
目的分析围术期综合护理干预对视网膜脱离患者心理状态的改善效果。方法选取本院2016年9月至2018年9月收治的50例视网膜脱离患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施围术期综合护理干预,比较两组焦虑、抑郁情绪状况。结果观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为88.00%,明显高于对照组(64.00%,P <0.05)。结论对视网膜脱离患者实施围术期综合护理干预能够明显减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,为手术的顺利进行奠定良好基础。
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the psychological state of patients with retinal detachment.Methods A total of 50 patients with retinal detachment admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,patients in the observation group were given perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention,and anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 88.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group(64.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with retinal detachment can significantly reduce anxiety and depression,and lay a good foundation for the smooth operation.
