摘要
随着图像处理技术在复合绝缘子憎水性检测中的应用,逐渐取代了传统的人工检测方法。针对复合绝缘子上的水珠图像特点,首先在预处理步骤中将原始图像转化为HSV色彩模型,利用其中S分量中水珠与干区对比度明显的优点,对水珠图像的内部及边缘处的缺失部分进行填充,然后对预处理后的图像进行两次不同带标记的分水岭变换后,生成了水珠的边缘轮廓及其白色区域。实验结果表明,该算法可以有效分割水珠图像,检测出的水珠形状较正确,面积误差均在5%以内,为后续复合绝缘子憎水性能的确定提供依据。
With the application of image processing technology in the hydrophobic detection of composite insulators, the traditional manual detection method has been gradually replaced. In this paper, the characteristics of the waterdrop image are used to transform the original image into the HSV color model for preprocessing. The advantage of the contrast between the water droplet and the dry region in the S component is used to the missing part of the interior and edge of the waterdrop image. Filling is performed, and then two different labeled watershed transformations are performed on the preprocessed image. The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively segment the water bead image, and the shape of the detected water bead is correct. The area error is within 5%, which provides a basis for determining the hydrophobic performance of the composite insulator.
