摘要
针对青少年体质机能逐渐下降的严峻形势和体适能测量方法简单粗放的现状,提出并设计了一种基于多传感融合的青少年体适能测试方法及测试系统,该系统利用Kinect体感设备和足底压力传感器构建了人体动作测评硬件环境,通过参考国民体测11项的基本内容和评分标准设计了合理的体适能检测动作序列及其评估方案,对青少年体适能基线水平进行等级量化评估,对于体适能提升训练具有指导意义。实验结果表明,该测试系统操作简单快速,且测试准确性较高,可广泛替代人工操作,具有广阔的应用前景。
Facing for the severe situation that the physique of adolescents is gradually declining and the measurement method of fitness is simple and extensive,a physical fitness test method and system for adolescents based on multi-sensor fusion is proposed and designed.In particular,the system used Kinect equipment and plantar pressure sensor to construct the hardware environment to realize human motion’s detection and assessment.By studying the basic content and scoring standard of 11 national physical tests,we designed a reasonable physical fitness detection action sequence and its evaluation scheme,which could assess the basic level of adolescents’fitness,with the guiding significance for fitness improving.The experimental result showed that the operation of testing system was simple and rapid,with a great degree of accuracy.On conclusion,the system can be widely used to replace manual operations and have broad application prospects.
