摘要
首先,叙述了飞机螺旋桨静平衡的重要性,分析了静平衡试验台的关键参数,包括:直线度、水平性和等高性;然后,提出了一种螺旋桨静平衡试验台关键参数的校准方法,方法简单、可行,校准精度满足飞机现场维修调试的要求。
Firstly, the importance of the static balance of aircraft propeller is described, and the key parameters of the static balance test bench are analyzed, including straightness,horizontality and contouring. Then, a calibration method for the key parameters of the aircraft propeller static balance test is proposed. The method is simple and feasible, and the calibration accuracy can meet the requirements for the maintenance and debugging of the aircraft on site.
