浅谈提高薄壁零件数控加工精度的工艺方法 被引量:2

摘要 21世纪是提倡节约能源,保护环境的时代。薄壁零件以重量轻、节约材料和结构紧凑等优点用于各个行业,尤其是模具、航空航天以及汽车等领域应用更为广泛。然而薄壁零件由于其刚性差和强度弱,在机械加工中很容易变形,导致加工精度难以确保。怎样提高薄壁零件的加工精度,要从多个方面去考虑。
