摘要
对球笼式同步万向联轴器中钢球的受力及钢球的运动状态做了较为详细的分析,结果表明钢球在球笼中的相对转动角速度较小,此结果可为球笼式同步万向联轴器滑动率计算和强度设计提供理论依据.
The forces subjected to the ball of a cage synchronous ball joint are first analyzed and then the kinetic situation of the ball is studied in detail. The result is that the relative rotational velocity of the ball in the cage is slow and it can be used in the calculation of the slippage and in the strength design of a cage synchronous ball joint.
