摘要
目的 评价自制蘑菇伞形封堵器治疗动脉导管未闭 (PDA)的即刻及早期疗效。方法 5 6例患者 ,男 10例 ,女 46例 ,平均年龄为 (2 3± 18)岁。PDA最小直径为 (5 .5 4± 2 .96)mm。应用F6～F8长鞘管通过股静脉输送封堵器。结果 5 6例患者均获成功。 45例术后 10min主动脉造影显示PDA完全堵塞 ,另 11例在术后1周超声检查示无残余分流。全部患者均无并发症。结论 应用自制封堵器治疗PDA操作简便 ,使用安全 ,疗效可靠。
Objective To evaluate the immediate and short term results of transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) using the homemade nitinol occluder(HNO)device. Methods Fifty six patients (10 male, 46 female) underwent transcatheter closure of PDA using the HNO. The mean age of the patients was (23±18) years (range 2～65 years). The narrowest mean diameter of PDA was (5.54±2.36) mm (range 2～15 mm). The F6 to F8 long sheathes were used for HNO delivery. Results The procedures were successful for implantation in all patients. Angiography showed that the PDA were completely occluded in 45 patients after 10 min of the occluder implantation. No residual shunts were found by echocardiography 1 week after the procedure in 11 patients and no complications occurred in all patients. Conclusion Transcatheter closure using HNO is a simple, safe and effective therapy for patients with PDA.
