摘要
对近年来人们在蔬菜种质资源保存方面的研究进展进行了综述 ,比较了传统的种子库法、低温保存法、组织培养技术保存法以及超低温保存法的优缺点 ,并对超低温保存法的前景进行了论述。
Advances of reserve methods of vegetable germplasm resource are reviewed, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional seed storage, low temperature, tissue culture and super-low temperature reserve methods are compared with, and the application prospect of super-low temperature reserve method is also put forward in the paper.
