摘要
以脱盐水控制系统改造为例 ,提出了一种新的基于PLC和IPC方式的DCS模式 ,由于采用了上、下位机独立运行、信息串行通信的方式 ,且软件引入容错技术 ,大大延长了系统平均无故障时间。论述了系统的结构、硬软件配置、性能及用户程序开发。由于是通用系统 ,其投资成本和运行成本都将很低 ,整个系统性价比很高 ,极具推广价值。
Taking the example of salt-removal water control system,the article introduces a new DCS based on PLC&IPC, for adopting the operating computer and controlling computer independence running,the mode of information serial communication,the technique of permitting the mistake is inducted to software,the system's MTTF is prolonged consumedly. The article discusses the system's construction,hardware & software configuration,function and user procedure development,in view of the fact that adopted general system,the cost of its investment and circulate is all very low,whole system's ratio of capability and price is very high,which has the generalization value.
