摘要
针对以硅钼棒为发热元件 ,具有大容量、纯滞后、热惯性时变的硅钼电炉特性 ,设计出一种以模糊控制器为主、功率调节器为辅的混合控制器。控制系统中 ,功率调节器为内环 ,主要作用是克服硅钼棒随温度升高电阻非线性增加 ,而导致电炉高温区的加热功率不足 ,影响升温速率和升温过程 ;外环为温度反馈环 ,采用模糊PID控制器 ,便于解决硅钼炉存在的非线性、参数时变及数学模型的不确定性。实际运行结果表明 ,在硅钼炉控温系统中 ,采用这种混合控制器的效果优于一般模糊控制。
The furnaces using the heating component molybdenum-disilicon (MoSi\-2) material have the properties of huge-capacity, pure-lag and time variational thermal-inertia. Focusing on the character, a hybrid controller based on the primary fuzzy controller and the secondary power governor is designed. Within the control system, power adjuster is the inner race. With temperature rising, the resistance of MoSi\-2 going up nonlinearly, so that the heating power can't keep pace with the requirement and temperature-rising speed is influenced in high temperature area of furnace. The outer race is temperature feedback loop and it adopts fuzzy PID controller in order to solve the nonlinearity,parameter time-variation and the mathematical model uncertainty of the MoSi\-2 furnace.The application results show that the hybrid controller priors to normal fuzzy controller in MoSi\-2 funace temperature control system.
