摘要
采用气浮-磁分离技术工艺处理含油污水。考察了各工艺单元的影响因素如絮凝剂的投加量、搅拌强度、气浮时间、气浮压力、回流比、磁种投加量、磁场强度等对除油率的影响。并进行小型动态试验考察了强化气浮-磁分离工艺的除油效果。结果表明:气浮-磁分离工艺除油效果显著,进水平均含油量为29.5mg/L时,气浮单元出水含油量为8.5mg/L,除油率为71.1%,磁分离单元出水含油量为4.7mg/L,平均除油率为44.1%,总除油率为83.8%。
The article researched on treatment of oily wastewater by flotation-magnetic separation process. The effects of oil removal of factors of each process unit, such as flocculent input, rotation speed, flotation time, reaction press, reflux ratio, magnetic seed input, magnetic field intensity, and so on were studied. And a small-scale dynamic test was done to test the effect of oil removal by flotation-magnetic separation process. The results show that the oil removal was significant. When the average oil content was 29.5mg /L, the oil content of flotation unit effluent was 8.5mg / L, oil removal rate was 71.1%, the oil content of magnetic separation unit effluent was 4.7mg/L, oil removal rate was 44.1%, and the total oil removal rate was 83.8%.
