摘要
本文就"职业行动体系"下的专业人才培养方案制定、"任务驱动、项目导向"专业核心课程建立、职场化生产型专业技能训练平台建设、"双师型"师资队伍培养及深层次校企合作等方面,闸述了"基于工作过程系统化导向"的高职精细化工专业人才培养模式的改革与实践的情况。
In this paper, the reform and practice of the personnel training pattern for the higher vocational Fine Chemistry Specialty based on the work process systematization is described, which including the development of talent educating plan with professional action system, the establishment of the specialty core courses with task-driven and project-led, the construction of the professional skills training platform with workplace-based and production type, the culture of high level double-title teachers and the deep level school-enterprise cooperation .
