摘要
本文报道了以水浮莲叶为原料提取叶绿素锌钠盐的新方法,同时探讨正交试验优化的工艺条件。按最佳工艺条件提取水浮莲叶的叶绿素锌钠盐,产品得率(以鲜水浮莲叶计)为0.70 ～0.80%。
This paper has reported the new technique of distilling sodium zinc chlorophyllin from water lettuce leaves. It is based on orthogonal experiment that the optimizing reaction conditions. The yields of distilling sodium zinc chlorophyllin 0.70%~0.80% (fresh water lettuce leaves) in the optimizing reaction conditions.
