加剂强化蒸馏提高轻质混炼原油常减压拔出率的研究 被引量:8

Studies on the intensifying of atmospheric vacuum distillation by adding activator to enhance yields of light oils mixture

摘要 用气相色谱模拟蒸馏技术进行了轻质原油混炼油加剂强化蒸馏实验 ,考察了活化剂种类及添加量对混炼油粘度与拔出率的影响 ,模拟结果经实沸点蒸馏实验验证 .结果表明 ,加剂强化蒸馏可以提高轻质原油混炼油的拔出率 ,经色谱模拟蒸馏筛选出的活化剂及其适宜的添加量下 ,混炼油的拔出率净增值可达2 %~ 3%. The intensified distillation of light oils mixture by adding activators was carried out with the gas chromatogram method. Influences of type and adding amount of activator on viscosity of the mixture and distillation yield were investigated. The experimental results were verified by true boiling point distillation equipment. It is shown that yield of light oils mixture can be enhanced by means of intensified distillation, and 2%~3% net increases of distillation yield of the mixture were achieved for the activator selected according to the gas chromatogram method in different adding amount.
