摘要
玻尔研究所何以如此快地从建立到成为当时国际物理学的三大中心之一 ,并创立了哥本哈根精神 ?本文从科学家之间的互动即协同和竞争 ,来分析研究所发展的原因。玻尔研究所发展的经验对我国的科学家之间交流与合作也有所启示。
Why the Niels Bohr Institute developed so rapidly and became one of the three international physics centers? Why the great Compenhagen spirit was found in Niels Bohr Institute? We discuss the reasons of cooperation and competition among scientists, hope that the successful experience of the Niels Bohr Institute can encourage the cooperation and competition actively among the scientists in our country.
