摘要
研究了添加不同合金元素的球墨铸铁分别以 90°和 4 5°冲击角度在酸性、中性和碱性石英砂介质中的冲蚀腐蚀磨损特性。结果表明 :球墨铸铁的冲蚀腐蚀磨损耐磨性随介质pH值和冲击角度的增加而增加 ,并且随合金元素的加入而增加。球墨铸铁冲蚀腐蚀磨损机理的研究表明 :在酸性介质中粒子以显微切削和腐蚀共同作用为主 ;而在中性和碱性介质中以粒子显微切削为主 。
The erosion corrosion wear behaviors of ductile cast iron with the addition of different alloying elements in the conditions of acidic, neutral and alkaline meaid at 90°and 45°impact angles were studied respectively. The result showed that the erosion corrosion wear resistance of ductile cast iron could be increased the increase of mraid pH value ,the impact angle, and the addition of alloying elements. The erosion corrosion wear mechanism of ductile cast iron was the synthesis of slurry corrosion and particles micro cutting in acidic medi, and was dominated by particles micro cutting in neutral and alkaline media, the action of media was weak.
