摘要
论述了在图书馆管理机制改革中 ,必须重视人力资源管理制度 ,人才激励机制和培养机制。图书馆的岗位责任制应该体现人力资本合理配置的原则 ;分配制度应该体现多劳多得 ,优劳优酬的原则 ;人才培养应该体现鼓励竞争、严格考核、重在学习发展的原则。
The paper suggests that,in the reform of library,the system of human resource management shall be seriously concerned.An encouraging and training system for talents shall be established.The position responsibility system in library shall be accorded with the principle of proper distribution of human resource.The distribution system with the principle of the more one does,the more one earns and better work wins better reward;the personnel training system with the principle of contesting,strictly testing and constant study and development.
