规范我国上市公司股利分配政策建议被引量：4

导出

摘要解决上市公司股利分配中存在的股利支付率低、现金股利分配少、股利分配不稳定等问题,需要从上市公司、投资者和政府三个方面入手。可以强化上市公司的企业责任意识,积极引导上市公司制定合理股利政策;完善资本市场结构,提高中小证券投资者的素质;加强证券市场法律法规建设,监督和规范上市公司股利分配政策。
