摘要
以氧化硼和甲醇为反应原料制备的硼酸三甲酯前驱体,经超声雾化后与氨气在高温下反应制备了大量直径在100~200nm的球形BN颗粒。X射线衍射(XRD)表征显示所得到的BN颗粒具有六方晶体结构,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不同条件下所制备的BN颗粒的形貌以及尺寸分布进行分析,找到了制备直径均一、分散均匀的球形BN颗粒的最优化条件。
A novel method, ultra-atomizing the trimethoxyborane which was prepared by dissolving the boron oxide into methanol, under ammonia atmosphere at high temperature, has been developed to synthesize large scale spherical boron nitride particles with a uniform diameter distribution from 100 to 200 nm. XRD pattern of the product indicated that the particle is hexagonal boron nitride; SEM was used to investigate the morphology and the diameter distribution of the BN particles prepared in different conditions. The optimized temperature for preparation of uniform and monodispersed spherical boron nitride particles was also proposed
