关于财政教育扶贫投入效率的实证研究——以武陵山连片特困区C县为例 被引量:7

摘要 该文基于对扶贫资金各项投入与脱贫数和返贫数的回归分析,得出了扶贫资金对教育培训的投入与脱贫数的增加及其返贫数的减少显著相关的结论。其后,通过研究接受各个层次教育的人数对脱贫数、返贫数以及劳动力所从事职业的影响,进一步证明劳动力接受教育层次的不同与脱贫数、返贫数和劳动力所从事的职业都存在相关性,尤其是基础教育对贫困指标的影响最为显著。 Based on the regression analysis of each investment of the relief subsidy and the number of shaking-off poverty and re-poverty, this paper comes to conclusion that the relief subsidy that invests in education is definitely related to the amounting of shaking-off poverty number and the decline of the re-poverty number. And what’s further concluded is that the number of educated people in different levels, shaking-off poverty number, re-poverty number are all related to the vocations they are employed, especially the elementary education prominently influences poverty index.
