电刺激三叉神经节诱发三叉神经分布区血浆蛋白外渗 被引量:1

PLASMA EXTRAVASATION IN DIFFERENT TISSUES INNERVATED BY TRIGEMINAL NERVE INDUCED BY ELECTRICAL STIMULATION ON TRIGEMINAL GANGLION

摘要 硬脑膜作为颅内的主要致痛组织,在偏头痛病理生理机制中已愈来愈受到人们的关注。本文以正常SD大鼠为实验对象运用同位素125I-BSA示踪方法进行研究。结果表明以电流强度为1.2mA、频率为5Hz、波宽为5ms双极方波刺激三叉神经节5min后,同侧硬脑膜、颞肌、眼结合膜、及上、下唇粘膜内血浆蛋白外渗量增加,刺激侧与非刺激侧cpm/mg之比值从高到低依次为颞肌(1.98±0.15)、眼结合膜(1.97±0.06)、硬脑膜(1.67±0.02)、唇粘膜(1.62±0.09),各组间均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。而电刺激三叉神经节后脑组织内血浆蛋白外渗量无显著变化。结果提示硬脑膜血浆蛋白外渗可能在血管性头痛病理生理中发挥重要作用。 Dura mater is a pain-sensitive tissue where the vascular supply is richly innervated by trigeminal nerve fibers, and it is considered to be an important structure playing a possibe role in the pathophysiology of migraine. We determined the plasma extravasation by 125 I-BSA trace method in different tissues innervated by trigeminal nerve following unilateral electrical stimulation of the trigeminal ganglion. An ipsilateral 125I-BSA extravasation was found in the dura mater, temporalis muscle, superior and inferior gingival mucosa,and conjectiva following electrical stimulation(5Hz, 1. 2mA, 5msec for 5min)of the rat trigeminal ganglion(p<0. 01 in all cases). The ratio of atimulated/unstimulated side (cpm/mg) in a descending order was temporalis muscle(1. 98±0. 02)>conjunctiva(1. 97±0. 06) >dura mater(1. 67±0. 21) >superior and inferior gingival mucosa (1. 62±0.09 ). No extravasation in the brain tissue was observed following electrical stimulation of trigeminal ganglion. The results suggest that neurogenic duramatter plasma extravasation may play an important role in the mechanism of vascular headache.
