摘要
本文详细比较了美日大学国家资助研究成果的知识产权归属和技术转移途径,着重分析了美国1980年颁布的贝伊-多尔法案(Bayh-DoleAct)对美国大学技术转移的影响以及日本大学非正式技术转移方式的形成原因和问题。文章最后还就国家资助研究成果的归属以及大学技术转移的环境作了探讨。
The paper compares the bel on gingness of intellectual property rights of research achievements sponsored by t he government and university technology transfer in Japan and US.It specially analyses the effect of Bayh-Dole Act on U.S.university technology transfer an d how informal technology transfer in universities in Japan comes into being and the problems.The paper finally explores the belongingness of the IPR of resear ch achievements sponsored by government and the environment of university tech nology transfer.
