摘要
文章基于当前国际上常用的三种药品可负担性测算方法,对三种测算方法解决问题的层面,内在关系以及三种测算方法的局限性进行分析,并在此基础上结合我国基本药物制度,提出了我国基本药物可负担性测算方法的研究策略。
The three kinds of international-used calculation methods of affordability of essential medicines were analyzed from its solutions,internal relations and limitations. Based on which,and combined with Chinese Essential Medicine System,strategies on studying the calculation methods of affordability of essential medicines in China were put forward.
