摘要
目的 通过新生儿尸体股外侧肌群厚度的测定和解剖学观测 ,为新生儿股外侧肌肉注射提供应用解剖学基础。方法 将新生儿尸体的股外侧肌分三等份 ,分别定为上、中、下三区 ,用注射针头 ,经各区中心部位插入肌肉 ,用游标卡尺测量进针深度 ,测其数值。结果 股外侧肌上区肌肉厚为 (0 6 4 2± 0 185 )cm ,中区肌厚为 (1 2 95± 0 179)cm ,浅筋膜较簿 ,为 (0 5 4 1± 0 0 7)cm ,下区肌厚为 (0 6 2 5± 0 2 33)cm。结论 新生儿股外侧中部肌肉较厚 ,无重要血管和神经结构 ,易暴露 ,可供注射的范围较大 ,同时操作简便 。
Objective To provid appied anatomical basis for newborn musculus vastus lateralis injection. Methods The musculus vastus lateralis of newborn cadvaeric seperimens was divided three part,named superior,media and inferior area. Used the syringe needle intercalate to the muscle from the media of every area,then mueasured the deep of the syring needle. Results The thickness of the superior area of the musculus vastus lateralis was (0 642±0 185)cm,the media area was (1 295±0 179)cm and the inferior area was (0 625±0 233)cm. Conclusion The media area of newborn musculus vastus lateralis is thicker,no important blood vessel and nevers,so it is proper area of injenction for newborn.
