Research on Measures Taken for Development of Track & Field Socialization,Marketing and Professionalization in China

摘要 通过分析田径运动的项目特点、国际田径运动发展的趋势、近年来我国田径运动训练管理体制改革及运动训练水平的现状 ,提出树立社会主义市场经济的思想观念 ,深化田径运动训练管理体制的改革 ,加强推广宣传 ,推动田径运动的广泛普及 ,加强高水平田径运动队伍建设 ,努力提高田径运动技术水平 ,注重市场营销活动 ,充分调动社会办田径的积极性等促进田径运动社会化、市场化。 The characteristics and international development trend of track and field, the recent reform of the track & field training management system as well as the current training level of track & field in China were analyzed. Suggestions on measures taken for the development of track & field socialization, marketing and professionalization as well as problems needed to pay attention to in the course of development were put forward. They are as follows: The ideological conception of the socialist market economy should be built up. The reform of the track & field training management system should be deepened. Popularization and propaganda of track & field should be strengthened. Track & field events should be popularized broadly. The construction of high-level track & field troop should be reinforced. Great efforts should be made to improve the technical level of track & field. Marketing sales management should be stressed. And the enthusiasm for the society to manage the issues of track & field should be brought into full play.
