摘要
介绍了热式多传感器信息融合的气固质量流量检测方法的实验研究情况 ;给出了实验系统方案和实验测量装置的硬软件设计 .实验结果分析说明 ,该检测方法通过复合传感器可以同时测量气体流速、粉体浓度和各处温度 ,经过数据处理就可以测得气固质量流量 .
An experimental study of the measuring method for gas-solid two-phase mass flow based on the thermal sensor is introduced. The experimental system and measuring device are presented. By compound sensor, gas velocity, powder consistency and temperature at various points can be measured simultaneouly and through processing the data, the gas-solid two-phase mass flowrate is obtained. The results of the experiment show that this method can perform compound measurement effectively.
