摘要
目的 研究脑缺血再灌注后cPLA2 和Caspase 3在海马区的分布变化。方法 使用大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型 ,采用免疫组化方法 (SABC法 )。结果 脑缺血 2h再灌注 2h后即有cPLA2 和Caspase 3阳性表达 ;再灌注 2 4h后表达达到高峰。结论 大鼠脑缺血再灌后后 ,cPLA2 在损伤过程中起到非常重要的作用 ,同时Caspase 3水解cPLA2 ,对cPLA2 酶活性起到调节作用 ,它们共同参与海马区神经元的损伤。
Objective To study the distribution of cPLA 2 and caspase 3 in the rat hippocampus during cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.Methods Using immunohistochemical methods with model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO).Results cPLA 2 and Caspase 3 expression levels were higher in 2h/rep2h( P < 0.05 ); Both were highest in 2h/rep24h( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion cPLA 2 plays a key role in ischemia brain injury, Caspase 3 may hydrolyze cPLA 2 in this process, and can adjust its activation. They were involved in injury of nerve cell of hippocampus together.
