摘要
重点介绍铸件表面合金化新工艺的概貌,包括合金涂料组成、涂料厚度与铸件尺寸及壁厚的关系、浇注温度的控制、浇注系统的设计、合金涂料的烘干等。最后对其国内外发展和生产应用作了简介。
A sereis of new technologies of the alloying of casting surface are introduced in this paper,which include the main composition of coating meterials,the relation of coating thickness to casting demensions and casting thickness, the controlling of pouring temperature, the design of gating system,the drying of coating and so on. Finally,a general review on the applications and development of the technology both in China and in foreign countries is given.
