摘要
针对发动机活塞截面曲线的非标准性 ,提出了采用最少的圆弧段逼近加工曲线的方法 ,详细地分析了用圆弧段逼近非标准椭圆曲线的过程 ,并对逼近误差进行分析 ,满足加工拟合曲线的要求。此种方法计算简单 。
Based on Chebyshev theory of function approximation towards the interpolation for the unstandard ellipse curve, the interpolating method with the fewest circular arc segments is proposed for the unstandard ellipse curves of the piston in the motor. The process for the interpolation of ellipse curves is analyzed of this method in detail. According to the analysis of the error for the interpolation, the manufacture requirement is satisfied with the analyzed arc interpolating curves, the algorithm is simple and with high precision.
