摘要
本文综述了SPC (StatisticalProcessControl)思想与应用状况 ;基于SPC理论 ,应用VB这种可视化编程语言 ,编制了计算机辅助SPC软件系统 ,借助于该系统可方便地或者手工录入数据、或者连接数据库或从磁盘读取已有数据 ,可保存原有数据或清空数据库后重新输入新的数据 ,所以适用于对质量进行控制管理的任何场合。可以方便地对数据进行计算后自动画出控制图 ,可对异常自动进行报警。这对企业减少原料浪费、降低成本、保证质量。
The paper summarizes the idea and the application situation of SPC(Statistical Process Control)and develops a computer aided SPC system using Visual Basic language. In this system, its data can conveniently either be input by hand or be obtained by linking with existed database or be read from disks that have stored with data. Furthermore, the system can save previous data, later, clear previous data in the database and input new data again. Therefore, the system can be used in any applications that quality control or management is needed. The system can calculate according to the data, draw the control chart automatically and give an alarm for the abnormalities during production process, which is of real importance for enterprises to reduce material waste and the production cost, to guarantee the qualities of products, and to improve the productivity and the competitiveness of their productions.
