摘要
通过对高新技术中小企业融资的博弈分析得出结论 :在不完全信息条件下高新技术中小企业可充分利用其融资的智力资源及信息优势 ,形成其成功的融资对策。
By analyzing the financing problems of Hi-tech SME by Game Theory, the article draws the conclusion that hi-tech SME can fully utilize intelligence sources and superiority of information in financing without sufficient information and take successful tactics in financing.
