摘要
采用空气炮实验装置、渗透剂增强的 X射线照相法和高强光背射法 ,对中心受到横向冲击的 Kevlar/环氧层合板的冲击损伤情况进行了研究 ,借助于有限元程序对层合板的应力状态进行分析、计算 ,讨论了冲击速度、铺层角、弹丸质量变化时材料的破坏机理与特征 。
To meet potential needs in China for bulletproof apparel, we have since 1996 studied ways and means of improving bulletproof properties of Kevlar wove fabric reinforced composite laminated plate to afford better protection to its users. Fig.1 shows the air gun impact device used in our experiments. Table 1 lists the test results, particularly the damage characteristics of composite laminated plate reinforced with Kevlar wove fabric. Subsection 2.2 gives detailed analysis and discussion of test results. Subsubsection 2.2.1 gives the stresses in composite laminated plate (Figs.4, 5, and 6) and discusses its damage characteristics. Subsubsection 2.2.2 discusses how damage area is related to velocity and mass of bullet. Section 3 gives three preliminary conclusions and conclusion (3) is particularly important as it gives specific suggestions on how to improve the bulletproof properties of Kevlar wove fabric reinforced composite laminated plate.
