摘要
用仙客来幼苗作试材 ,对高温胁迫前后的根系活力、叶内游离脯氨酸、叶绿素、丙二醛及叶片渗漏液电导率进行测定。结果表明 ,在 35℃高温下 ,仙客来幼苗根系活力下降 ,叶绿素破坏 ,叶内游离脯氨酸、丙二醛及叶片渗漏液电导率上升 ,且随着高温程度加强 ,其伤害程度加重。在 4 5℃高温胁迫前用甜菜硷 (10 0 m g/L )或甘露醇 (5 0 mg/L )处理仙客来叶片 ,可减轻高温对根系活力和叶绿素的影响 ,同时可使高温胁迫下叶片游离脯氨酸、丙二醛及叶片渗漏液电导率上升幅度降低。
Root vitality before and after high temperature stress,free proline in leaves,chlorophyll,malonaldehyde and conductivity of leaking liquid from leaves were tested using cyclamen seedlings as test material.The results showed that,under the condition of high temperature stress,the vitality of root system decreased,chlorophyll was damaged,free proline and malonaldehyde in leaves as well as conductivity of leaking liquid from leaves were increased.With the increase of temperature,damage became severer.Treating leaves of cyclamen with betaine (200 mg/L) and mannitol (100 mg/L) could alleviate the influence of high temperature on the vitality of root system and chlorophyll,thus inhibiting the increase of free proline,malonaldehyde and conductivity of leaking liquid from leaves.
