超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化脂质和T淋巴细胞对判断苯职业危害的价值 被引量:3

摘要 本文对接触苯、甲苯作业女工血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)和T淋巴细胞(TLC)数量进行了测定分析。结果:接触组女工血中SOD和LPO的含量明显高于对照组,TLC数量卸明显低于对照组。在WBC均值仍处正常范围时,SOD、LPO和TLC数量就已发生了明显的改变。这提示苯、甲苯对体内脂质过氧化和TLC的影响要早于WBC。因此,认为用SOD、LPO扣TLC计数三项指标作为判断苯对机体危害的早期监测指标具有一定的意义。 The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxide (LPO) and the amount of T lymphocyte (TLC) in the blood were measured and analysed for female workers exposed to benzene and toluene, The results were shown as follows: The blood content of SOD and LPO in the exposed group were obviously higher than those in the control, while TLC count in the exposed group was evidently lower than that in the control Moreover, during this period, although WBC count was still in the normal range, yet the contents of SOD and LPO and TLC count had showed obvious variations. It suggested that effects of benzene and toluene on SOD, LPO and TLC were earlier than those on WBC, It indicated that SOD, LPO and TLC count might have certain values as the early Surveillant indices for judgement of health hazards of benzene and toluene to the exposed worker.
