摘要 本文研究了8-羟基喹啉碳糊修饰电极的制作,讨论了其性能,并实验了电极处于最佳状态的条件及使用寿命,用于发样中铊含量的测定,其检出下限为2×10^(-10)mol/L。在5×10^(-9)~2×10^(-7)mol/L范围內铊浓度与峰高呈线性关系?⒍缘缂ぷ鞯脑斫辛颂教帧? The oxine modified electrode was prepared on the basis of carbon paste by a rather rapid and simple process. The cathodic stripping voltametric characteristic of T1 (Ⅲ)on the modified electrode was studied and the best experimental condition was lested. The reproducibility and lifetime of the oxine modified electrode were determinated. This method had been applied to determine the trace T1 (Ⅲ)in the hair. A good linear relationship between the peak height and the concentration of T1(Ⅲ)ranging 5×10^(-9) to 2×10^(-7)mol/L was revealed. Moreover, the reaction mechanism of the modified electrode was discussed, suggesting that the improvement of characteristics of the electrode might depend upon the complexing-absorbing property of the electrode surface.
