摘要
在pH 10 .0的水溶液中 ,5 .0× 10 - 4mol L的La 可使Tb o FBA(邻 氟苯甲酸 ) EDA(乙二胺 )体系的荧光增强 78倍。以 1.0× 10 - 9mol L的Tb 试验 ,体系的最大荧光条件如下 :o FBA浓度为 6 .0× 10 - 3mol L ,EDA体积分数为 1% ,激发光波长为 339nm ,测量的荧光发射波长为 5 4 6nm。实验表明 ,在上述条件下 ,Tb 的浓度在 5 .0× 10 - 1 0 ~ 2 .0× 10 - 7mol L范围与体系的荧光强度呈线性关系 ,据此建立了测定痕量铽的荧光光度分析法 ,测定的相对标准偏差为 0 .5 0 % ,Tb 的检出限为 5 .0× 10 - 1 1 mol L。
In the aqueous medium with pH 10.0, the fluorescence of Tb? o fluorobenzoic acid ( o FBA) Ethylenediamine (EDA) system was enhanced 78 times by La?. The optimum conditions for the determination of 1.0×10 -9 mol/L Tb? was as following: 1.0×10 -3 mol/L o FBA, 1%( V/V ) EDA, the excitation wavelength was 339 nm and the emission wavelength was 546 nm. It showed that the fluorescence intensity was a linear function of Tb? concentration in the range of 5.0×10 -10 ~2.0×10 -7 mol/L. The RSD was 0.50% and the detection limit was 5 0×10 -11 mol/L Tb?.
