摘要
目的 证实当归粗多糖的镇痛效果。方法 采用己烯雌酚和缩宫素诱发小鼠扭体反应 ,醋酸致小鼠扭体反应及小鼠热板法进行镇痛实验研究。结果 当归粗多糖剂量 0 .0 75g·kg-1和 0 .2 5g·kg-1,可明显减少己烯雌酚和缩宫素引起痛经模型中诱发的小鼠扭体反应次数 ,延长扭体反应潜伏期 ,大剂量显著降低扭体发生率 ;当归粗多糖尚可显著抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应及提高热板法所致小鼠痛觉反应的痛阈 ,作用强度与剂量有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the analgesic effect of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide (ASP). METHODS: The analgesic effect was studied by using experimental menorrhalgia model induced by estradiol and oxytocin, acetic acid-induced wringing test and hot plate test in mice. RESULTS: The frequency of wringing reaction induced by estradiol and oxytocin was significantly decreased and the latent period was prolonged when ASP was administered (0.075 g·kg-1 or 0.25 g·kg-1). The incidence rate of wringing reaction was also reduced at the dose of 0.25 g·kg-1. Meanwhile, ASP obiviously restrained the wringing reaction induced by acetic acid and evaluated pain threshold of the mice on the hot plate, and its intensity was related to the dose. CONCLUSION: The results indicated that ASP possesses significant analgesic effect.
