三管梭形钢格构柱足尺寸破坏性稳定试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 本文对广州新白云国际机场航站主楼三管梭形钢格构柱中的3种高度柱通过卧位试验法进行了足尺寸破坏性稳定试验,研究了三管梭形钢格构柱在两端铰接约束,轴向受压情况下的稳定极限承载力,并揭示和验证了这种梭形钢格构柱的特有破坏机理以及变形过程。3种三管梭形格构柱的长度分别为19m、23m和29m,所有钢管规格为Φ273×16。在稳定极限承载力、破坏形状与位置、荷载-位移曲线等几个方面,通过比较试验结果与有限元数值计算结果,验证了有限元方法对梭形柱计算结果的正确性及通用性,为机场梭形柱的安全和可靠设计提供了理论和试验依据。 This paper presents a full size experimental study on the shuttle-shape lattice column(SLC)formed by three steel pipes and horizontal diaphragms used in the main building of the terminal of Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport.Three full size SLC,each with a length of 29m,23m and 19m respectively,have been tested in lying position under axial loading until failure.Their ultimate load-carrying capacities and their failure mechanism are obtained and observed,which become an important evaluation and reference to the design of the varying sectional SLC of the main building.The results of test are compared with those obtained by FEM involved in large deformation elastic-plastic range,and a good agreement is observed between them.Some design proposes have been put forward for the SLC of the terminal to improve the design of the varying sectional SLC.
