摘要
高等学校教学质量的高低在很大程度上依赖于高校教师的能力和水平 而对高校教师的正确评价和选择是实现师资优化的重要环节 .从招聘单位的角度分三种情况 ,对不对称信息下的招聘模型进行了研究 。
The quality of high education depends on the competence of teacher in the university, but the correct evaluation and selection for teachers are very important. This paper presents three different game models under the asymmetric to study the high education enrolling. The use of these models has significant implication of the high education enrolling.
